Ok so finally we are going on a cool trip and not just a 3 days break somwhere.
we are going to NORWAY - its going to be so great.
We will also be visiting Stockholm, Sweden for one a a half day and then take a car and drive to Oslo, Fjords, icebergs, parks, waterfalls and Bergen - 2 weeks - cant wait.

the sad part about it is that this place is F#%#$ing expensive - this is just crazy - i dont think i have seen anything like that (and I have been to Iceland and Lapland before...geez - this is 2 much but it supposed to be beautiful so who cares.....

Anyway, we will be there at June 13-June 28 - so we will also be celebrating the longest day :-) - hope it will be something great enough to write about.

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LEASEBACK

Often businesses, especially smaller enterprises, will encounter cash flow difficulties, sometimes cash flow can be such an issue that the business fails. The key action for businesses is to properly plan their finances and to ensure effective processes to get debtors to pay on time.
However there are occasions when even with the best plans and processes there are unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the business. A business may be very profitable but they have reached a situation where they do not have the cash flow to survive in the short term.
For businesses that own assets such as property there can be a way out, put simply this is to sell and leaseback commercial property. This works by using a company that specialises in finding investors who will take on the freehold interest and then leaseback the property at an agreed annual rent. By doing this the business releases the equity tied up in their property, which then enables them to fund the short term cash flow issues.

So now I'm looking for hosting again....

Finding the right web host can be tough nowadays there are so many things to look for:

1) 24 hour support
2) Reliable servers
3) Does the support staff speak English
4) Do they offer MySQL and PHP
5) How much bandwidth do they offer

These are the top five things to look for. Nothing is more frustrating than when your website has a hosting issue and your hosting company doesn't have a phone number to call or they have "bankers" hours. Let face it most of the time a website goes down it's in the middle of the night or at least it's a weekend day.

The best web hosting isn't always the cheapest either. Most companies that offer $2.99 hosting cannot pay for the proper support staff. Think about how many $2.99 hosting accounts they need to sell just to cover the cost of their support staff, let alone their hardware. In the web hosting world there are thousands of host to choose from but only a dozen that are really worth it.

Before choosing a hosting company give the company a call first and see how many rings it takes them to answer the phone. If it does go to voice mail how long did it take to get back to you? Most people spend tons of money on design, marketing, SEO and yet when it comes to hosting they find the cheapest one out there. Then when their website goes down and they cannot get in contact with their host they wonder why.

Money money money ....

Credit debt has become a leading problem for the average American. What has caused thi? More individuals rely on credit to pay their daily expenses, and the credit card companies took advantage of this thing and with the help of some really big interest rates they were able to get the most out of their client's pocket. Their aggressive marketing strategies have resulted in many filing personal bankruptcy.

You need to realize that credit cards are a significant issue in your life financially. On average a credit card interest rate is 15-30%. This means that if you borrow $10,000 you will have to pay interest charges of up to $3,000. As time goes by if you have more than one credit card maxed out, you will eventually end up paying everything you earn just to cover the interest rates and the late fees that you'll have. And in the same time you will ruin your credit score, although chapter bankruptcy would look worse.

What I'm trying to say in this article is not that you should never use a credit card, you should use them in case of emergencies, or in case you do have that money that you want to spend, but you forgot to take it with you. This way you can be sure that you will never get in trouble with credit card debt.

A good way to get rid of credit card debt is to sign up for a debt consolidation program. This way you will have your interest rate reduced, and you will be able to get out of debt faster and save yourself from credit charge offs. Your mission right now is to get out of debt as soon as possible. The best alternative is to sign up for a debt consolidation company, you will get a free quote, you will see how much you will be able to save, and if those numbers are okay with you all you have left to do is sign the new contract.

In order to not have any more problems please make sure that you ask as many questions as possible. This way you will get the full information about your new debt repayment plan, you will know exactly how much you will have to pay each and every month from this moment on. Also it's very important to understand exactly how much the fees of that debt consolidation program will be, and how much you will be able to save on the new interest rate that you will be getting.
